Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no - shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you are late to your appointment you will be charged a $20 late fee after your appointment time has started. After 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled & you will have to reschedule with a new deposit. No exceptions.
NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED AT TIME OF SERVICE. You will be charged extra. NO EXCEPTIONS!
